clen after a cycle

clen will harden you up a little but i'm not sure i'd take it as part of a bulker.

its main use is post cycle to try to maintain as much muscle as possible.

however, if you're cutting, you may wanna introduce clen to your daily routine. make sure to cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
 
start with 60-100 and see how you react.
if you dont react to 100mcg dont assume your gear is fake as some users dont get much out of 200mcg!

I barely feel 200 mcg a day of clen after I ahve usedit for a few days. If I start at 200 mcg Ill get the shakes but if I gradually increase the dosage I get no sides except fat loss.

Agree on that,Spiro's are the cream of the crop of clen,very potent.
Clen will not only help you shed BF post-cycle,it will also provide a slight amount of anti-catabolism to help you protect against muscle loss,at a time it is sorely needed.
 
had german spiropent that i personally purcahsed in a german pharmacy.

took 200mcg to get shakiness.

again, not everybody reacts the same to clen.

on the flipside, ventolin (whose active ingredient is salbutamol) gives me some crazy shakes at very low doses.
 
i agree with the rest bro, don't take it until post cycle if your bulking, and you may have to use a high dosage like a lot of people i know, myself included. I usually have to use atleast 180, but i do get high anxiety on that high of dosage.-josh
 
To avoid the the shakes (and cramps) I usually take tablets of magnesium and potassium...simple, but it helps.
