cleared customs?

just got an email from my source with the tracking number. The shipment says "clearance processing complete NY city gateway NY USA". Does that mean cleared customs? then the Package moved all the way to Jacksonville FL. at 9 am this morning, and has been on hold for the last 13 hours. Is this normal during shipment? Could it be that the delivery route for my area had already gone out that day and it will wait for the next business day? I live 1.5 hours away from J-ville near G-ville and I know most couriers only come my way once a day. Also Ive never seen a DHL truck, do they outsource to another agency in certain areas? Let me know!

brad, its kind of funny cause my tracking said that my shipment was in customs for over 24 hours. Now its in Jacksonville, so i'm expecting it tomorrow. By the way man, i live in gainesville, how far away do you live?

I live in Lake City. I soon will move to Tampa. According to my tracking log, mine went right through customs. I cant wait to get it. Ive been off since March. I expect mine on Mon, I dont htink they deliver on Sat. Hey, It's good to get to know a bro in the neighborhood though.
