I'm doing ECA every 2 weeks alternating with Clen - but the complication is i have a running comp coming up soon - how many days/weeks do I need to make sure I'm off the Ephedrine and Clen before the comp?
I ask because I've heard from quite a few that Clen and Ephed hurt endurance - I've noticed for SURE this is true the first few days on Clen, so I'm going to make sure to not be on Clen for a week before - what about Ephed?
