Clean Bulking Recipes.....

Tyson chicken. 3mins in microwave and you have 17g protein per piece. Eat 3-4, and you got yourself a meal.

16oz bag of egg noodles, a few cans of tuna, a couple cans of mushroom condensed soup, a half/whole can of peas, some shredded cheese a little pepper and bam you have tuna casserole.

1 box of stove top stuffing

1 can of cream of chicken soup....

6-8 chicken single chicken breasts

and a fat free cheese of your choice...I choose mozarella...although if you want the extra calories....provel is the best way to go....

mix stuffing and soup...pour half in 9x11 baking dish..

lay down chicken breasts...

cover with cheese

cover with remaining stuffing mixture

bake on 350 for 35-45 minutes........

fucking good shit.........:p
