The nutrition part, since Im leaving in Brazil is not gonna be with eas products.
I need to know if all I need for the 4 main whole food meals, is ONE FIST SIZE OF CARBS
ONE FIST SIZE OF PROTEIN

The other two will be an MRP.
I need to know if this is fine. I lost the book and vaguely remember.

Second q.
In the morning, if I want oats; I just cook one fist of oats? And eggs, a fist of eggs? I want clarification as this seems like too little.

In any case, the big question is;
should I modify it? Should i put in some EFAs?

My goal/ Gain muscle, lose fat. Been 3 months out of gym, so I think im back to beginner mode. Its gonna be a shock, so perhaps it will work without tweaks.

What do you think

I followed that diet and it worked pretty well for me. You will definately lose fat.

that whole fist thing is a joke in my opinion. Just be reasonable with your carb intake.
Just take reasonable portions. As for the eggs, just eat 4-5 egg whites and a portion of oatmeal.
