ALA has blown up over the last few months and just out of curiousity, is it in any way similar to CLA. I am in no way familiar with CLA or what it does... but I remember seeing posts on it before ALA was hyped up like it is. Just wondering...
Injectable CLA from what I hear ''may'' cause adipocite death (isn't there some kind of fancy term for this??). The theory is that this may be one of the ways of killing fat cells. Don't know if that has come to pass though.
CLA on it's own will produce very minor results although over an extended time period you can expect somewhat significant gains in muscle and some loss of fat (es[eciallu the latter). Combine this with Pyruvate and the repartioning effect is amplified (duchaine has mentioned something like this before). Ive tried a similar potion for a small time frame and got very good results in a bulking cycle although much of that may have come from good disclipline on keeping a track of my diet and training.
