CLA. Simply DOES IT WORK!?!?

I like CLA it is good for the heart and muscle. I take 3 to 4 grams three times a day before meals. It helps to block absorbtion of fat into adipocytes.
 
Most of the studies say it in short doesn`t affect body composition and may even be bad for u!

Search pubmed.
 
I think the fact you have to ask this question, provides you with a more than clear answer bro. It either works or it don't. When there is debate like this attached to a specific product, then 99% of the time, the answer is "no, it is shit!". For example, you never hear people asking if Steroids or Creatine will work. Why is that? Because they do? You DO hear a TON of people asking about Insulin, HGH, IGF-1, and a rather large array of supplements though. Some work for people, some don't, when we are dealing with the hormones. As far as the supps go, that is(again) more of a longshot that it is worth your money.

WHOA!!!! I understand where you are coming from bro.....I really do. BUT....in this specific case (and several others) it is important to use the product for several months before achieving results!!! Seriously ;)

No, not sunflower oil. You nened the right isomers. Get TONALIN.

Take your dose above 10g then its effects start showing. Ask Fonz or anyone on Animal's board.

Considering those folks all have a vested interest in alot of the aforementioned items, I would classify their opinions as biased quite frankly. That's not a shot at their credibility though. I mean, if a person is profitting directly off an item, what do you expect them to say about it? That it sucks? That's like Ulter sayinf Thermorexin is crap. Not to say that these guys words aren't credible(although I know alot of you cry-babies will jump on me to score kissass points with them), but rather myself PERSONALLY, would take their opinions with a grain of salt. That's all.

What do you expect from CLA? CLA is a unique fatty acid that exhibits antioxident effects, it plays a role in protecting membranes from free radical attack. CLA is conjugated linoleic acid derived from safflower oil. In high doses it may block fat absorbtion into the adapocytes and help to prevent the release of catabolic prostoglandins released during exercise. The american diet used to be 20 times higher in cla when beef cattle and milk cows were naturally fed. Current research may indicate that many of todays ailments are, actually caused by a diet low in CLA. AP I have no financial interest in CLA or any other supplement.
 
Liftsiron is correct. CLA is the only essential fatty acid. Ironcially, when people stopped eating red meat and drinking whole milk, they got ill and obese.

that's a pretty rash statement, I do not eat red meat or drink whole milk, I'm far from obese or ill.
 
I eat red meat everyday and drink 1/2 gallon a day of 1% but suposedly CLA will block fat absorption at high doses
