CLA effectivness in powder form ?

I've noticed among some cheap new products from BAC
that they sell CLA in powder (200 grams) really cheap. Did anybody try it? I though CLA was only effective in fat liquid form.

If you buy the powered form you should mix it with oil or take it with meals that contain fat/oils. This helps with the absorbility.

I would think that powered form of CLA would be fine as long as you do this.

If you want cheap capsules, you may want to look at kilosports.

They sell tonalin brand oil capsules. I am not sure what the oil is that the cla is in. Since I add oil to my shakes I was going to get some powdered form myself from BAC.
