CKD's - what are they? Good for a beginner?

Bro...try the search function. I did a lot of research on this board before I did a CKD. You could read posts for hours.

IMO, CKDs only work for seriously overweight (18% or more), sedentary people. If you're just looking to trim down a little, and if you're going to be working out, moderate carb diets are much better.

Hey Strong Island, how long have you been lifting for?? From your picture you look friggin' awesome, and I was hoping you could give me some advice on what kind of diet and lifting program I should be on as a beginner, and what kind of schedule you're on right now. Thanks!
