CKD (some questions)

I am considering starting a CKD, i've beeing reading Mr. X articles, still doing "research" and maybe i will give it a try in a couple of weeks.
What could happen doing a CKD and keeping a 5 day split? I don't like so much the training sugested while in CKD, and i fear the mucle loss without post workout carbs.
Anyone that tryed CKD and could give some input?
Now i am with 24% bf and 196 pounds. Is it reasonable i could achieve in 2 month a 14% bf in CKD?

I can't offer you much advice. I did CKD once or twice and didn't like it, planning a diet just ain't for me. I did a normal ketosis diet eatting whatever I want but no carbs and I dropped quite a few pounds of solid fat (but some muscle too).

Just want to wish you good luck though, your stats weren't too much unlike mine a year ago and now I'm 200lbs 11%bf.

5 day split is a feasibility, but it gives you more of a chance at catabolizing muscle. Because we cannot use Ketones to lift, our body has to overcompensate by using proteins (think muscle). That is the reason for the 3 day training regiment. Loss of muscle is possible,but Ketones are protein sparing so that should help.
2 months, from 24% to 14% well, that's 8 weeks, I don't know how likely that is, but anything is possible w/ proper guidence.

I know someone that went from 20% to 8% in 2months.

I dropped almost 30lbs of fat in 3 weeks now, and nooooo, no size lost of muscles
even im gaining now :D. Weird I feel like a anabolic eating machine.

first 3 days were hard now it all fun and it the easiest diet I never had.
fun to eat steak everyday :D
 
My ratio vary from

Fat: 60-75% Protein, well the rest :)
minimal carbs. Very minimal
I do that from Sunday to Friday

My carb loading is 24h, need to drop fat LOL. I do 10gr of carbs per kg of body weigh, and 1gr of per lbs (in theory).

As for the week, it supposed to be
1.5gr of fat per 1gr of protein.

But dont be fooled, dont use the protein ratio of 1.5-1.3gr by lbs of bodyweigh or you might end up with alot of fat. In my case I reduce the calories intake a bit too.

so plan your calorie intake and plan the ratio with that.

So far so good but this week I cheated and it took me 3 days to get into keto,
oooooops!
