well i was going to do the ckd diet, but after seeing what this guy eats, on that link you posted i dont know if i'll have the decipline, i'd probably just crash after eating all those eggs, nasty, I've been searching for more meal plans as well, but havent had too much luck.
So bump for more meals plans.

sorry i mean t with the ckd, i know there isnt a universal meal plan, but I havent been able to find many meal plans for the ckd, with all the info available on the diet, i cant seem to muich info on the foods to eat with it.
