No matter how healthy I eat I just can't to seem to cut off fat. The only time I can really cut it off is with a carb restricted diet like ketosis. I find that even thinking about a 40/30/30 diet sends me in fuckin' circles because I don't know what the hell to eat! I mean I can't eat a tuna sandwich cuz there are too many carbs in the bread, I dunno how much fat/protein is in the pork or steak my mom buys, how much carbs is in the veggies im eating or the sauce my mom makes, stuff like that...Only reason I wanna do a restricted carb diet is cuz im kind of an idiot and find it is the easiest way to know what im eating
