Hi all,
I was bored today being stuck inside because of the snow and all....so, I made this nifty little worsheet in Excel to help tell me what I should be eating on the CKD I will be starting soon. (but you really could use this for any diet)

Basically, you enter the nutrient content of the foods you eat, (calories, protein, fats and carbs), and the worksheet totals everything for you, and gives you calorie totals, and also percentage of calories from pro/fat/carbs.
also, you can enter your bodyweight and it will give you your BMR (at the top), so you can compare this to your total calorie intake for the day.
you'll notice the overall values don't match up exactly, but that is because i rounded some of the fractional values...etc. but it's close.
so, hopefully this will help someone out there....
if you use it, let me know how it works for ya.
