ckd meal suggestions

i will be doing my first cutting diet ever. i am looking for some meal suggestions for ideal ckd foods so i don't get bored eating the same crap over and over and over. thanks for any input! :D

stir-fry
BBQ steak
ANY form of chicken
eggs

there are much better diets than a ckd diet. why eat no carbs? what is the point? it doesn't spare muscle magically like dr. atkins claimed. no carbs will make leptin drop more so than on an isocal diet. but if you must go on a ckd i think 1/3 can of spam and a turkey burger works out to be pretty near the perfect ketogenic ratio, you may need to throw in some whipping cream or flax with that. better count your calories though, if you dont know how many cals is in something then dont eat it.

Cheese Omlettes were my favorite.

Bacon with bleu cheese dressing.(reminds me of buffalo wings)

cheeseburger

scoop of protein in some heavy cream(tastes amazing)

Some of those suggestions are loaded with sodium...especially Vienna sauages.

If you can get some lean ground venison, and steaks, try that...and u do need some carbs bro.

-Pepperoni and italian sausage with some mozzerella cheese melted on it.
-Salads can be good, too.
-Taco meat, just make it yourself and top it with lettuce, cheese, picante and a little sour cream.
-Pork rinds, walnuts, pecans...
This diet isn't hard to stick with AT ALL, just watch your calories. And if you get a mad craving, have some sugar free jello w/whipped cream, and remember that a carb up is at most 6 days away.

You know what dude I hadn't even thought of the sodium levels...funny how I stopped checking that when I switched from a standard diet. I have like 3 cans left, gonna give them to the dogs or something.

Most of my ideas are taken. I particularly like the cheese and pepperoni, chicken and ranch, steak and A1 (3 carbs).

I also had 3 or 4 eggs every morning and never got tired of them. You do get tired of hard boiled eggs though, better when you add ranch.

There's another similar thread on the diet board. Make sure you get enough fiber through psyllium and fibrous veggies or you will be praying to the porcelain gods to release your sins.
