CKD...is it the best for bber's

I'm sure this question has been answered a multitude of times, but here it goes. Is a ckd type diet the best for a bber, or any athlete for that mattter?

It is the carb-up period that is responsible for this, not ketosis. A cyclical isocaloric diet works even better.
