Im doing a CKD right now. I carb up on firdays after my worout till saturday at 4:00 or sunday at 4:00 alternating each week. The food I eat pretty much stays the same for all my meals.
Some days I eat more than others but never go over 3000 cals. as you can see I get alot of protein from powdered whey.
Meal 1
4 tbsp heavy cream = 20g fat
2 tbsp flax oil = 28g fat
2/3 cup protein powder = 40g protein
5g of glutamine
Meal 2
7 slices of thick cut bacon = 42g fat, 21g protein
1/3 cup protein powder = 20g protein
5g of glutamine
Meal 3
3 jumbo eggs = 15g fat, 24g protein
3 tbsp heavy cream = 15g fat
1/3 cup protein powder = 20g protein
1 tbsp safflower oil = 14g fat
5g of glutamine
Meal 4
