Ok im on my 2nd week of CKD and its going all good lost 6 pounds first week I know water but its cool atleast I know its working and now im back in ketosis tuesday morning, now heres the problem my girl is getting her boobs done on friday so im gonna be in Beverly Hills all day and im not gonna get to hit the gym because im gonna have to take care of her and that is supposed to be my depletion workout and then the start of my carb up that night through saturday. I dont know if I should just take friday off and deplete saturday them carb up that night and sunday or deplete thursday and begin my carb up or just skip it this week and run CKD straight through.
HELP ME!! Its just that when I do things I want to do them right and if I miss I will feel like im doing it half ass.
