I've been doing a standard cutting cycle alternating eca nd superclen every two weeks along with low carb, high protein and moderate fat (about 11 times my bodyweight) I'm also doing 40 minutes of treadmill 4-5 times a week. I'm pretty happy with my progress as I'm feeling more firm after about four weeks. I'm 5'5" 165, so not looking to lose weight, just fat. I'm a teacher and plan to discontinue the cutting when school starts on 8/26. Do you think that doing a two week ckd before school starts would serve to shock my body and perhaps serve to remove another 1-1.5% of fat before school begins? If not, what could I do those last 2-3 weeks to change things up, assuming I would have plateau by then? I've been taking ala, glutamine, mutivitamin, multimineral, c,e and glucosamine chondroitin.
