While dieting on a keto diet like ckd is it a bad idea to take something like phera plex, superdrol, or halodrol, or anything of that nature. Just something to help keep your strength up and act as an anti-catobolic to ensure maximum muscle retention. I know that keeping your carb ration up there while trying to bulk is important. But if your goal is loss of bodyfat is this a good option.

Yes I would hold off on taking it. Now a product like Retain would work very very well.
