So what is exactly up with such high fat content in the CKD diets?
I understand the High protein/moderate protein and low Carbs, but I would have thought if you were wanting to lose fat, you would go on a low fat diet? Im not saying that the Diets do not work, just wondering a little about the physiology behind it?
