Believe it or not, I am having a hard time coming up with 730 carbs on my first 24 carb-up period. Anyone have some good choices? Should I stay away from fruit and/or fruit juices?
Cereals, potatoes, pasta, dextrose. Yes, stay away from fruits. They'll keep you out of ketosis for a little longer than if you avoid them. Oh yeah, and once you start on carbs, you won't have any problem hitting 730g.
Choco Donut Cereal
frosted flakes
spagetti
spagetti Os (a must)
lots of animal crackers (starch with a little sugar and low fat)
cream of wheat
dextrose + maltodextrin + whey for your first few meals
fat-free ice cream
This is HARD??? You find it difficult to consume piles and piles of starch till your stomach screams OH MY GOD!!! MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!!!!
