cipramil tablets (antidepresents)

hey all does anyone know what cipramil are like?
i have still got a bit of anxeity and get depressed also worrie about silly things and stuff so i have decided to get some medical help
thing is these tabs seem more for panic! and it says it could raise the anxeity for a up to 2weeks well thats scarey on its own

its been over 10weeks now since all the anxeity started
and i have lost a shit load of weight

the only thing is i am scared of everything
vitamins as well
like i am worried the antidepressents will fuck me up!

help me out here please
