Cinnamon?

I got this from Menshealth.com:

Anything to this? I've never heard it before.
 
I knew it would help w/ glucose utilization, but not that much

Anything to this? I've never heard it before.

Very true indeed, but to what extent no one really knows. My guess is that the glucose disposal effects are minor.
