I wouldn't go over 20-25mg.

The blood should start flowing south about 2-3 hours after taking the cialis. It seems to work best during the 6-12hr window... while most effects are gone after 24-36hrs.
10-20mg works for most people.

Cialis can help anyone get a boner, but it doesn’t do anything for actual sex drive. It makes my face flush badly, and causes quite a bit of pressure to build up in my head too. I used it consistently for a couple weeks, and I actually lost eyesight in one of my eyes. It came back after several weeks.
I don’t use cialis anymore ever since I started using Susta…. Ah never mind.

Liquicia always separates... just shake it each time before use and you're good to go.
And yes, each ED med works differently for people... my bud hates using viagra, says it gives him the worst sides... I typically have alot more sides with cialis, but it lasts longer. Couldn't hurt to experiment with different ones and see which you like.

One bro on here had a good way of taking it to minimize sides... I have the 20mg...so I took 1/2 on Friday about 3pm.....then the second half on sat about same time...lasted me all weekend unitl about Monday....with NO sides... other than a raw dick.. Oh...she also told me I had small balls...as I smiled...
