C starts kicking in about 4 hours after you take, although the best effects seem to start after about 10-12 hours. V will kick in about 45-60 minutes after taking it. I've taken both with alcohol with no problems.

I felt it is great to have already in your system as Ulter stated, my first experience with Cialis I was messing around and didn't even need it and took 50mg!!!!
I truly was at one point becoming concerned for my safety from having such a tremendous erection even after 2+ hours of sex play, I swear it was beginning to actually hurt from being so hard.
Now if I know I am planning a really big night I take 12.5 mg and it works wonders that night the next morning and the next night.

My question is , is there a risk for using it all the time? when im off cycle I like to use it all the time both viagra/cialis i have found that cialis works 40x better for some reason, maybe the quality of the caps I got. I dont wanna stop taking them I love pounding the pooty into submission! =)
