christmas spirit

i see some are getting into the christmas spirit. how does this time of the year make you feel and what do you do about it?

i don't know if i've ever truely been in a real christmas spirit mood. when i picture the ideal christmas spirit, i see loved ones spending time together and sharing your love with them. christmas is also originally a religious phenomena, and i am not religious at all. considering the way my "family" is, it's hard for me to fit family into the ideal christmas spirit picture. and of course, there is the damned commercialization of the holiday, too. people really are greedy motherfuckers. i actually do not believe i am too greedy, as both my parents have been asking me what i would like for christmas and i am unable to come up with any ideas.

Usually I love Christmas but this Xmas to me will be weird. I am now the ONLY one out of my group of good friends to not have a fucking girlfriend so I will be hanging out with all them....... alone. My oh my how the tables have turned on me.

When I was a youngin, I loved christmas.. but now I HATE IT!... Nobody to spend time with... upped business in retail (where I work), and alot of people all happy for nothing.. I don't get shit, so why should I give a SHIT?
