Most recommend just counting the sat. fat instead. Unless you eat a ton of brains, it's usually good enough to go by
I wouldn't go above 10% of cals from sat fat, you're already rather lean so probably not on a low low-fat diet. So that would be 500 sat fat cals or 55g of sat. fat. If your cholestorol is high, or you're trying to reduce it, cut the sat fat back to 30-40g max, depending on how aggressive you're trying to be with it.
