cholesterol issue

i'm bulking and basically my main source of protein will be eggs. i will also have some MRP. i know this is a shitload of cholesterol. what can i do about it? i drink a lot of water. will this flush some of it out?
 
Easy....

Hard boil in advance.

Eat the white....toss they yolk.

The white has the protien. The yolk has the fat. 4g of protien average per large egg.
 
I usually eat 2 yolks w/6 whites. I've heard a ton of conflicting info on this issue. Family history matters, saturated fat in your diet has a greater overall effect, etc. How many were you gonna eat a day?
 
about 10-12 a day. it'd be a bitch to hardboil em all. i was planning on making a couple ham and cheese omelettes a day.
 
10 to 12 a day, I've seen people do that. Sometimes I eat 6 whole a day. The sandwiches sound fine.
You could get a blood profile done, eat that many for a month and then go get checked. Saturated fat increases blood cholesterol more, but it varies from individual.
 
Cut way down on the refined carbohydrates, margarine and trans fatty acids to reduce cholesterol levels.

For a simple test, if you have elevated cholesterol levels, go on a fat free diet for awhile. Then get rechecked. Usually the cholesterol levels will have risen. Then avoid the above items for a couple of months and get rechecked. Usually the cholesterol levels will have decreased.
