Cholesterol in shakes

This is novel - going to blend shrimp or liver protein (i.e., if you want low fat protein shakes)
 
It's not really the cholesterol you should worry about. You should worry more about saturated fat. Your body doesn't absorb all the dietary cholesterol you eat.
 
IS the cholesterol is protein shakes the good one or the bad one?

dunno, but doesn't matter. it's minimal and you don't need to worry about it if you are eating healthy an excercising.
