They recommend 2cc/ 18iu vial. For 4iu I would probably use maybe 1 cc tops.

As little, or as much as you want. It all depends on how much water you want to inject yourself with. You have 4 IU vials. Say you are going to take 2 IU's per day. I would put 1 cc of water in the vial. Then on the first day take out 0.5 cc and inject, on the next day do the same thing. Understand?

you need to use sterile injectable saline, not water and especially not tap water

Let me know how this stuff works for you, I have been looking into it but there are a lot of folks saying the blue tops from china is a waste of money, It would be nice to know of folks that have actually tried it.

I always use 1ml of BAC water per vial.
