He does resend most times. I think tabs are fine express, I think the guy above who had tabs seized express was via dhl correct? If so dhl is dead and gone and no longer safe.

Oils on the other hand should be used only on regular mail, if you send express i give you 50/50 on receiveing.

I had 800 tabs siezed going ups beginnning of september. After one customs letter how long do you think i should wait before trying again? Do they flag you on the first lettter? at the time he resened it normal mail and i recieved it within 8 days no problem.
