I was wondering if Chile is ok to eat while cutting. I eat turkey on wheat bread sandwiches as one of my meals but I need something else to eat with it and I used to get a bag of baked lays chips, but since its cold I took a cup of chile for the past few, but I was wondering if it's ok to eat this stuff while trying to cut or should i avoid it completely
