I was absolutely to the point where I couldn't stand the way it looked and really couldn't stand the way it smelled not to mention the way that it tastes so I got to thinking. I love hot wings........
sooooooo
I boiled up some breast and chunked them up
then I put a bit of olive oil in a pan and added a whole bunch of Lousianna Hot sauce and some tobasco and some worcestershire and some white vinegar. Warmed it up just a bit, poured it over the chicken and stirred it up.
Viola' HOT WINGS!!!!!! caution: the fumes will burn the hairs out of your nose and taste just isn't an issue with anything for a few hours after you eat these.

I am back in the chicken business WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Jim Beam makes a wing sauce that's also very good. 2g of fat, no carbs, but fairly high in sodium.

Love that stuff.

Wow, that sounds great. There's a spice company called Penzey's that makes really awesome spice blends (a lot of them are salt free). I coat my chicken in spices and they're heavenly. They have some really funky blends. I'm addicted. They also sell salad dressing blends. 1-2 Tbsp's of spice in water and then you can mix the oil/vinegar as you wish or add some yogurt to make it creamy. They also have salf-free blends for those. I just like being able to control exactly what's in the dressing and it's heavenly.

Burn the nose hairs!?! Hmmmm, good remedy for us 'old guys' that have used androgenics!

You could make a mint Temp. :D

By the way, try some of Annies marinades and dressings to 'spice' up your rubber chickens. There are some really good flavors, especially the ginger one.

Also, we really like the Indian seasoning pastes by (I think) Patuak. I don't usually like anything with a curry flavor, but this stuff is really good. A neighbor friend that is from India turned us on to them. She says they are pretty close to authentic, unlike the stuff I usually associate with 'Indian.'

Thanks for the tips folks!

BE - I LOVE curry anything! Make one heck of a curried rice. Where do you find that stuff. Keep in mind that where I live we have one grocery that is right out of Little House on the Prairie but I drive a few hours every month or so to get supplies.
