chewing 50mg winnys?

Ive heard dmany things about this and i would like to get this right before i waste my gear. do you have to chew up your 50mg winnys or does that only apply to IP's. whats the deal?

I think the chewing is more for IP tabs cause he also suggests that method.

I don't think much winny will be absorbed sublingually. I think IP tabs are probably chewed because the binders won't soften well enough in the stomach to absorb the active ingredients readily. With a well made tablet you shouldn't have that problem. Correct me if I'm wrong.
