Chew Winny IP tabs?

Do you chew IP Winny tabs or not? I keep reading conflicting things.

i've heard letting them disolve under the tongue is best

dont think it matters much...could be wrong though...if they are sublingual tabs...then yes...do them under the tounge

I've got those and IP himself recommends chewing them first. They are really compact and difficult to break down.
