Chest shots.

Chest injections.
Now most of you will say that this will do nothing but have any of you read the latest Muscular Development?

Some interesting info on this from some people that seem to know whats what.

So does anyone think this is worth it?
Has anyone done it?

What would be your concerns?

Yes I have done it and will never do it again. Hurt so fucken much i couldnt lift. its not worth it.

Do it all the time. Easy and no problems. Noticed an improvement when I did it with winny a while back and now with fina. Site injects into the pecs are good stuff. 23-25 gauge 5/8-1 inch pin and you're good to go.

one of my favorites because i can use 2 hands to aspirate. i didn't notice an site growth though, just the usual inflamation that comes after a shot.

I love pec shots! Most painless shot for me! Sure it sometimes hurts during the shot (burns a little in the chest) but afterwards I never get any chest soreness. It is scary the first time though having a needle go into your chest, get a buddy to help you.
