Chest problem

Hey all :)

Does anyone have any tips on how to shrink your chest size down a bit and flattening it out ? , or is it just a case of loosing all the fat around the area to have that desired shape ? , or is some specific excerise for shaping your chest ? any help is much appeciated :)

Hey, bro. Losing the fat would definately help flatten your chest, building muscle is what would give it is shape. You should post this in the Weight Training Forum, you will get more responses. I assume that you have access to a gym, so I would say you should hit the basics: flat bench press, incline bench press, DB presses at various angles, DB flyes at various angles, dips and push-ups. 2 to 3 working sets of each, 4 exercises a workout, 6-10 reps a set.
