I am getting closer to my show and I bumped up my Clen a little. I have been having some mild chest pain off and on????? Any Help?

I had that symptom too when used clen. Is it sort of a needlelike stabbing pain? Is it just for a few seconds or does it stay for a few minutes or so?
What is your dosage at now? Has your resting heartrate increased much? Any irregular rthym?
I know feeling a lot of stress just alone can cause mild angina however. The stress may be making the things worse.

I was diagnosed with Costochondritis - the inflammation of the cartilage between the rib cage, right after doing fatburners for a couple of months - I wonder if there is a correlation?????

I take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. Sometimes the pain lingers for a little and then goes away only to come right back. It comes randomly.
I also think that I have been getting mild anxiety attacks, I am not sure if this is chemical related or from stress or maybe both.
I also got so tired over the weekend that I wanted to do nothing but sleep forever it seemed. Could I be stressing myself out too much trying to get ready for my show too quickly?

STRESS is Killing you - Literally...
You need to stop stressing, take a bubble bath, soak in oils and put relaxing candles around you (aromatherapy kind), put on some enigma or enya - if you dont have any, down load it off Kazaa. Turn off the phones, and just calm down, pamper yourself alittle and relax...sometimes you need it or you're gonna have a mental breakdown, clear your mind and just RELAX----Destress your self. You can do anything you put your mind to.

What is Kazaa? I used to have enya but I think I left it at my parents house and I have no clue where it is now. I used to listen to it before big competitions in high school. Thanks for the destressing advice PowerPrincess, I really appreciate it. I feel like I am drowning in stress overload and sex is not helping. I just need to be alone with my candles and warm fuzzy blankets....

I hear ya about the stressing and warm fuzzy blankets. go to www.kazaa.com and download the program, it's similar to napster, download the music under audio. Hope it helps.
