Chest injections effect gyno?

Does injecting in the pecs contribute to gyno? I ask because yesterday I did a test prop injection and not I have the test prop lump of soreness and a big as gyno nipple that is itching and is just asking for me to rip it out of my chest.

No, it would just be inflamed tissue from the inject

No,,chest injects themselves will not cause or effect gyno.

No it won't. I do chest injects all the time. Found that limit injections to 1cc and rotate to shoulders and tri's inbetween till the lump dissapears.
