I'm sitting here munching on some Morbier Cheese, Triple Creme Bleu, roasted red & yellow peppers, olives, prosciutto and red wine....

Got some jumbo shrimp marinating, ready to be wrapped in prosciutto & broiled..... Scampi style....

Also making a seafood style salad with shrimp, clams, mussels & calamari in wine, spices & orange juice.....

Dessert may be skipped tonite or may be apple pie or pumpkin-chocolate-chip bread or jam thumbprint cookies..... Also have some caramel sauce I need to think up a way to use.....

Whats the wine choice? may I?







Oh... the caramel sauce... if you have some cognac, i can think of ways we can use up the caramel....

I have a Shiraz, but you are certainly encouraged to choose.....

No cognac -- can you bring some?? Heavy cream?? :p
