On a good day, I can make some awfully good microwaved popcorn.

Seems that I burn about 1 in 4 bags however. Tonight is 1 in 4.


What are the Chefsters tips on maintaining consistently good popcorn?

Air pop it, never burns.

you're 200 some miles away from me so our microwaves should be almost the same (altitude wise) i've never burned a bag of popcorn. i put mine in for 5 minutes you have to listen. if you can count to 5 slow without hearing any poping you're good to go. I got a new microwave not to long ago and it has a popcorn button so i don't have to listen...i'm fucking lazy
