Checking Account?? HELP

I have a charge coming from my checking account that is automatically withdrawn every month, but I don't have a clue what it is. I don't remember authorizing this either. I called the bank and they told me they have no information on whoever is taking the money out of my account. I have looked on the internet, but cannot find anything that matches the name on my account statement and the bank says they don't have any more information on them either. Does anybody have any idea how I can find out who these people are, or how to stop them from withdrawing my money every month??

Ask your bank to Stop - Refuse the withdrawl. You will probably need to sign something.

Whoever it is will come out of the woodwork bitching and then you will know if it's ligit of not and decide whether or not to
start it back up again..

I'd close the account and open up another one. That's the quickest and most definate way to make sure that you don't get charged again.

w/ my bank, I'm only allowed 2 in-bank transactions per month, the rest have to be done at the atm.
