Short story. I lost 100 pounds in the past 2 years. Got to 173. Bulked to 205. Cut down to 179(currently). Still have that damn loose skin in lower stomach. Still have some fat to lose but people tell me I am thin and I am getting weak. I am sick of being frail. I am 6 foot, clean lifter. I am eating 2150 calories, 80 efa fat, 215 protien, 100 carbs. All post workout and 50 grams of oats 1 hour after lifting. 100 total plus odds and ends from spinach and greens. Cardio, every morning (but Sunday. on empty belly at 70% MHR joggin for 50 minutes. Chest and is Monday night, Legs Tuesday night,heavy bag Wed. night, Back and tris Thursday night , Shoulders,traps and calves Friday night, heavy bag Saturday night. Sunday off. I eat about 600 carbs Sunday and body weight in protien for about 2800 calories. Need help! Fell like shit, flat, weak but I still have that lower flab in the stomach but I do not want to get any thinner, people are talking about crack around me, I hate that. They say you cannot get like that without drugs, anyway, check the photos and tell me what you think. Here are the links.....
