Just wanna get some opinions on how often is it on to have like a cheat day or cheat meal without hindering any progress? For instance on a cutting eating some junk but staying within you cals and on a bulk and staying within your 300-500 goal?
IMO a cheat day while cutting is a non - runner, a cheat meal is fine....but a whole day ? NO !
Bulking you could probably get away with more than one cheat meal in a day but its going to depend on your metabolism and where your bf % is ...

i would never do cheat meals, days, even on bulking cycle let alone cutting.. If you have very fast metabolism you can get away with them but its not for everyone..
