Cheat Day Mindset??

I know a cheat day is good, well necessary, for so many reasons.
But I find myself feeling really guilty, it makes it actually become a bad expirience. Does anyone have any techniques they use to alleviate this? Like, do you just keep thinking about leptin and glycogen stores?
 
I stopped doing them because I would just eat a ton of crap, none of it tasted good, and I'd just feel gross and unsatisfied after it was over.

Same thing here, only I have too say..it did taste good. Before last weekend, I hadnt had a cheat meal in 3 months.
 
I used to go extreme on cheat days. Now I will eat something like shrimp scampi. Eating four pizzas and everything else causes problems in my stomach. I went home last week and threw up. A drastic change in our diets can be to good.
