I've never had an issue. 2 days it usually takes. If you're outside the us customs may not have let it pass

i've never had a problem...pm them on here, they took awhile but did get back to me eventually

I have never had any problems with them. With that said, this is not the first time I have heard this about them.

I am sure you pm'd a mod already?

They are gtg for sure, but this is way too long for them. They are super quick. Like I said, pm a mod and see if they can get it straightened out for you.

If you haven't already, pm needto. He may take a bit to respond as he is always super busy. However, he will get back to you and he WILL take care of any issues.

He doesn't let his board sponsors get away with anything but top notch customer service.

This could be just a computer glitch on there end or any number of honest reasons it has been this long (too long by Cheeppinz standards). Whatever it is Nate will take care of it for you. He is a great guy and always takes time for us.
