He is a mixed bag up North here since he gives oil to the elderly for free (JoeOil), however it is totally for good PR. Apparently his country is pretty messed up right now, prob. won't last for him in power too long.

He hates Bush, the Dem's have been using it in their commercials up here (that he gives free oil to us and Bush wants it to stop).
