Thanks for the support. It is a hobby store that will sell all types of plastic models, rockets, r/c stuff, games, crafts, supplies. I will also offer design of r/c planes/cars/boats and model rockets.

I will hold scale air races such as the reno air races, boat races open course closed course, and drag racing. The same for r/c cars/trucks. Models rocket contests as well.

Maybe after I get established we can talk. I would like it to become the first hobby store to be successful and actually have stock to offer people.

You know I've been quite about this up until this point. Which I don't care to be a part of this argument cause it's soooooooooooooo pointless. The simple fact is this is George's board put hear for our benefit he makes the rules and he's the one who decided to have mods here to enforce them. And according to the Terms of Service (TOS) 99 % of things said here or pictures posted could be removed and anybody could be terminated without any notice or reason what so ever, and don't worry about saying it's wrong or not he has an indemnity clause just incase anyone get's any bright ideas. Do I like censorship hell no I don't, but when I agreed to the TOS I agreed to abide by it and if I don't then I can go somewhere else it's that simple. I understand it, why can't anyone else?

This argument about who should be mods and what's right or wrong is pointless. George has been very gracious and giving us a tremendous amount of slack on the rules and up until this point very little has been enforced. If he so deems for his moderators to enforce certain rules then that is there job to do, so cut them slack, they don't make the rules George does. How simple can it get?

It's not that the mods feel they have to be more strict, It's George giving them the guide lines of what to enforce and saying just how strict he want's them to be. Everybody thinks it's the mods all of a sudden getting an ego trip cause of there new status. That's not the case. Haven't you every been giving a certain set of procedures or standards by your boss or supervisor and told just how strict to enforce them? This is the same case.

i asked if there was any specific directions to be more strict. the person said no. then another said that they have guidelines from george. so i put them both together and figured they have the same guidelines as the old mods with no directions to be more strict. so i think they should act as the old mods have.

But they don't have to do as the old mods have. The only thing they are required to do is what's in the guide lines set for them to carry out. If they do decide to enforce it, is that abuse of power? No as long as it's within the guidelines then it's well within there power to do so. That's the exact purpose of them being there wether anyone chooses to agree with it or not. You certainly have the right not to agree, but what's the point? The rules are the rules we agreed to when we became members that's all. The thing I'm trying to say is everyone here can discuss this until there blue in the face. Is it going to change anything? Unless you have a substantial amount of stock in elite fitness . . . I highly doubt it.

I actually saw the thread about the baby eating thing that you guys are talking about, but I didn't delete it (i don't mod this particular board). I didn't notify a mod who mods this board either because I figured it's general chat, and shit, there's been worse things talked about in this forum than that picture was showing, and the post was meant to be humorous of course, and a joke.

There was no way for me to really know if those pics wre even real in the first place..Like everyone says, don't take the net so personally, and that's true you really can't cause if you did many people would be in an insane asylum by now. So I took those pics with the humor intended and a big grain of salt. The "thing" they were eating actually looked like a snap together model of a fetus with some ketchup...In my opinion.

Not actually this board was pretty cool when I joined in April. Then at the beginning of June this board exploded with people joining within that was a small group of trouble makers we have now and it started going down hill from there. But I still enjoy the EF board and hopefully by what some of the vets have said it should pan out by end of summer.
