What dosages should I be taking?

I have 4 boxes of Spiropent Comprimidos.
which is 120tabs * .02mg/tab.

And I have a bottle of Xenadrine.
Ive heard of the 2 week on 2 week off cycle for 10 weeks, but im not sure of the dosages. Also is this better than the cycle where you just stay on for 18 days straight at a certain dosage?

Look I know there alot of posts on clen cycles, im just curious to which the best one is in peoples opinion.

And also Im not sure of the dosages my pills say .02 mg.

Is that 2 mcg ?
