when i was taking cell tech, i would take it in my car, 5 mins later when i got home, i would get very tired bc of all the sugar, then i only weighed about 165, i dont know howd it would affect you, good luck

Magman1, try Nutrex Research's Vitargo CGL. It is a FAR SUPERIOR creatine supplement. It contains a high molecular weight complex carb (no sugar) that elicits the same insulin response as dextrose/maltodextrin, but with MANY advantages over these carbohydrates. Vitargo carb has been researched at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Vitargo (with and without creatine) is very popular with athletes in Europe. Check out the Nutrex web-site (www.nutrex.com), or www.vitargo.com. The last web-site is maintained by the Swiss company that holds the patent on vitargo, I believe.

Nitric oxide stimulators are WORTHLESS. Go to t-nation.com and do a search for "nitric oxide boosters". David Barr has a very good article in the archives covering nitric oxide boosters.

Hope that helps,
